Our Video Sports classes are a cost effective way to keep children active from afar by engaging them in some physical activities that they can simply follow along with.

 

The program aims to take the pressure off educators in terms of planning and delivering a sports curriculum and to provide some creative ideas for teaching physical education in the process. There is no planning or coaching required, just press play on your TV/device and the children are ready to follow along with our coaches!

 

The activities and games have been designed with minimal equipment required so that children can participate either at the centre or remotely at home for the families who have children who are not currently in attendance.

 

The sessions are approximately 20-25mins long and a new video becomes available each week.

Enrollment in the program includes unlimited access to the weekly coaching video as well as a corresponding Activity Card that is a resource for Educators outlining the activities with instructions and references back to the Early Years Learning Framework.
